Quarterly Update March 15, 2009

Hey it’s been awhile. Now that Campbell is mobile I don’t have a lot of time to sit down, plus she’s a nightowl like her father. So without further ado, I’ll get straight to the pictures.
This one’s from December, Campbell is extremely musical, we spend most of our evenings watching/dancing/singing to music and musicals and sometimes we make the music ourselves.

Dress-up has also become a big part of Campbell’s life, she is usually strolling around the house in a some kind of a princess dress or some combination of the clothes and shoes she got for Christmas this past year. Since she is rather small most of her clothes have been fitting her for a long period of time.

In mid February we took Campbell for her first hair salon appointment. The lady gave her a sucker and she sat patiently the entire time watching everything in the mirror. We took pictures of the entire thing on Tara’s cell phone. As soon as I figure out how to get the pictures on to our computer, I’ll put them upload them here. In the pictures she is showing off her new hairdo and also her growing fashion sense. Being a big fan of the Fancy Nancy books she is quite an eccentric dresser.

The weather has been very up and down lately with 70 degree followed by 20. On one of the nice days recently Campbell and Tara met up with Angie, one of Tara’s college roommates who has just moved to the St. Louis area. And what better way to start the spring than a trip to the zoo.

And once again it turned cold, hopefully for the last time this year. We are ready for summertime.

Well, that’s it for now. Hopefully I’ll get more updates soon.

We had our first snow a couple of weeks ago. Not much to brag about but Campbell did enjoy hearing the crunch under her boots.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! Here are some pictures of Campbell opening presents at her grandparents’ homes. We hope the season was as special for you as it was for us.
